重病過後, 我是不是更有勇氣了呢?

是的. 為自己鼓掌.

在瀕臨崩潰的時刻, 我克制住了自己,

跟入伍前比起來, 身體現在確實好多了
當然, 離健康還有一段距離, 但是要有信心,      
增強意志力, 繼續做對的事情.
